Jill is an internationally recognised industry leader with a formidable track record in destination marketing and convention bidding. As General Manager of the Perth Convention Bureau in Western Australia, she was directly responsible for securing the International Congress and Convention Association's Best Marketing Award a record two times. As the Bureau's inaugural CEO, her top priority is establishing a team approach to bring clients, tourism and convention industry suppliers and government together to win bids and stage successful conventions. Jill is an enthusiastic nature lover and spends her spare time exploring many of Sarawak's relatively undiscovered natural attractions. |

Christina is one of Sarawak's pioneering incentive and meetings professionals, and has been actively promoting a wide variety of events in the state for many years. She has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of all of Sarawak's convention industry products and excellent contacts worldwide. Christina coordinates the Bureau's marketing team and manages client liaison, with special responsibility for the European market. She is also a native German speaker and can manage all correspondence with German-speaking clients and delegates in their mother tongue, if required. Christina loves all kinds of animals, especially dogs, and acts as foster mother to many sick and injured animals. |

IChew has spent the last three years with the MICE unit of the Sarawak Tourism Board, responsible for promoting Sarawak as a convention and incentive destination at national and international trade shows. He has also been actively involved in assisting organisers with delegate boosting promotions. At the Bureau, Chew is responsible for client liaison on convention and incentive bids, and also has special responsibility for the Chinese-speaking and Australian markets. He is a fluent Mandarin speaker and can manage all correspondence with Chinese-speaking clients and delegates in their mother tongue, if required, as well as arrange Chinese language promotional materials and collaterals. Chew is passionate about good food, and knows all the best places to eat in Sarawak. |

Geoffrey manages the Bureau's Kuala Lumpur office and is responsible for developing and servicing the national corporate and association market, as well as assisting overseas clients who have a presence in West Malaysia. He was also formerly with the Sarawak Tourism Board, where he looked after the Asia Pacific and Middle East tourism markets. He is a keen marine conservationist and has dived most of the best sites in Malaysia. |

He also coordinates our meeting calendar of events, liaises with clients and industry suppliers to gather information, and oversees all the other activities required to ensure that the Bureau's customer relationship management database is comprehensive and fully up-to-date. Unsurprisingly, given his enthusiasm for advanced technology, Dylan is also an avid Star Trek fan. |

Formerly a graphic designer, Amelia assists the sales team in bid document production, site inspection coordination and industry liaison. She can also arrange industry quotations for your convention, meeting and incentive requirements, assist with delegate boosting for confirmed events, and provide a trained designer's input for your promotional materials. As our artistic and cultural expert, she is always ready to devise interesting and unusual gift and entertainment ideas to help make your event a success. Outside work, Amelia applies her creative talents to a variety of fine art projects. |

She watches her colleagues in their spending. Most of her colleagues just call her Jacq. She is fun to be with and helps guide the Bureau in the direction we should go in terms of our budgets and expenditure, as well as working with the government sector from time to time.

Elynnie looks after the Board of Directors and Bureau Committees and assists CEO Jill Henry. She also contributes to researching new convention ideas and manages staff travel bookings and logistics. At weekends she enjoys heading back to her idyllic rural kampung to keep up-to-date with the local sports and entertainment scene. |
