• Preparation of professional quality bid documents (official invitations) that are expertly researched, convincingly written and custom designed for your target audience.
• Personal letters of support from dignitaries, industry leaders and academic or professional experts.
• Detailed promotional literature and supporting data on Sarawak.
• Financial support (up to RM 5,000) for marketing and promotion of the convention.
• In-kind support for bid presentations
• Site inspection visits for qualified national or international decision makers (where this is essential to the bid process).

The amount of financial and in-kind support provided is dependent on the event's economic, social, trade and publicity value to Sarawak, and can be as much as RM 20,000 for major international conventions.

To be eligible for financial support, your organisation must be a registered non-profit organisation or company limited by guarantee, and the convention you are bidding for must attract delegates from outside Sarawak. Funding is not automatic and both approval and sum awarded will be at the discretion of the Bureau.
